I am Dena, your sister in purpose. I discovered my role in purpose that is beyond a curiosity or belief running through the path of=>challenge=>to resilience=>to triumph=>to rinse and repeat. I thought this was just the flow of life but I always felt I was missing a greater understanding.
Then I met a threshold where all of my coping and survival skills did not work! The new courses, books, training and spiritual foundation provided some relief but then I returned to the exhausting cycle. I offered a sincere ask for help and the answer I received came through a new view of my life and subsequently a new experience.
I discovered that I needed to do what I called "integrate" all I learned with what was happening in my life but life did not slow down for me long enough to figure this out! My solution came in the form of unlocking and unpacking my life so that I could have the spaciousness for my solutions to come forth and for me to see, understand and leverage how life was teaching me and grooming me for my path to purpose. Yes, purpose is not a one stop destination but a path and we will cover that in a different training.
